Laguna Water Launches Daluyan Magazine
Daluyan, Laguna Water's official news magazine, features the company's latest events, programs, and achievements; tourist destinations in Laguna; and social entrepreneurs, among others.
Laguna Water launched its official news magazine, Daluyan, during the company's general assembly in July at the Laguna Water Corporate Office in Nuvali, Sta. Rosa.
Daluyan, translated as “channel” in English, intends to be the main tool in communicating to its customers in the Province of Laguna and key stakeholders in the community and the government, both national and local, relevant information relating to the latest events, programs and achievements that the company has rolled out and accomplished.
"We know how important communication is in any kind of business. Hence, we are very proud to have launched our very own news magazine that will connect us to the public, particularly our customers, and our stakeholders. We hope that through Daluyan more people and organizations will get to know who we are, what we do and how we can assist in the development and growth of the Province of Laguna," said Daluyan Editor-in-Chief and Laguna Water's Regulatory and External Affairs Head, Real C. Magtangob.
The maiden issue of Daluyan is themed with "Growth: Transforming Communities with Life's Basic Necessity". The 24-pager news magazine features the transformational change Laguna Water has brought to the cities of Binan, Sta. Rosa, and Cabuyao through the provision of water and used water services.
It contains news and feature stories about the amendment of Laguna Water’s concession agreement, the company’s sustainable development programs, and customer’s testimonial, among others.
Aside from articles about Laguna Water, Daluyan also features tourist attractions and up and coming entrepreneurs in Laguna. In this way, Laguna Water helps promote the Province's tourism industry and the different products and services offered by entrepreneurs in Laguna.
Daluyan will be released biannually and its second of the news magazine will be available by November 2016.
